Perry Farrell's wife Etty Lau breaks her silence to reveal the REAL reason Jane's Addiction singer punched….. see more

Perry Farrell’s wife broke her silence after her husband attacked his lead guitarist at a show in Boston, claiming the frontman was upset by being ‘drowned out’ by his bandmates playing too loudly.

Farrell’s wife Etty Lau took to Instagram to share her husband’s side of the story after he was slammed for body checking and punching guitarist Dave Navarro on stage on Friday night.

‘Rather than speculating, I thought to post a first person account of what happened on stage,’ she wrote.

Lau said Farrell has been struggling with ‘tinnitus and a sore throat every night’ that has affected his voice, and he ‘felt that the stage volume had been extremely loud and his voice was being drowned out by the band.’
Lau said that there had been ‘tension and animosity between the bandmembers’, but felt that this was not always a bad thing as it was also ‘the magic that made the band so dynamic.’

But on Friday night, Lau said her husband reached breaking point after he was heckled by fans who couldn’t hear him.

‘When the audience in the first row, [they] started complaining up to Perry cussing at him that the band was planning too loud and that they couldn’t hear him, Perry lost it,’ she wrote.

‘He wasn’t singing, he was screaming just be to be heard.’

Attendees say Farrell appeared to be heavily intoxicated at the Friday night show, with others claiming it was far from an unusual sight for the frontman who is known to down bottles of wine on stage.

Fans said tensions began rising during the band’s rendition of ‘Mountain Song’, and by the time they got to ‘Ocean Size’ three song’s later, Farrell was seething.

‘The band started the song Ocean before Perry was ready and did the count off,’ Lau said.

‘The stage volume was so loud at that point, that Perry couldn’t hear pass the boom and the vibration of the instruments and by the end of the song, he wasn’t singing, he was screaming just be to be heard.’
Lau signed off her Instagram post with a jab at ‘who won the fight’, claiming that bassist Eric Avery came out victorious as he aggressively confronted Farrell.
‘While Dave (Navarro) was keeping Perry at arm’s length to de-escalate the situation, Dan (Cleary, a band technician) rushed over to de-escalate as well by holding Perry back,’ Lau wrote.

‘Dave walked away to take his guitar off. Eric walked up to Perry, upstage, in the dark, behind Dan, put Perry in a headlock and punched him in the stomach three times.’

Lau said Avery had to be ‘pulled away’, before the bassist ‘nonchalantly walked off to the front of the stage to apologize to audience for the show ended early.’

She said while Navarro ‘still looked handsome and cool in the middle of a fight’, her husband ‘was a crazed beast’ in the aftermath of the altercation.

‘He finally did not calm down, but did breakdown and cried and cried,’ she said, concluding that Avery ‘didn’t understand what de-escalation meant or took advantage of the situation and got in a few cheap shots on Perry.’
Eyewitnesses said Farrell began ‘shouting’ at Navarro during ‘Mountain Song’, which escalated until their bust up during ‘Ocean Size.’

Attendees said Farrell ‘had a huge bottle of wine with him all evening, Navarro and Avery kept chatting with each other the whole show and seemed angrier than normal.’

The show in Boston came a week after the band played two sets in New York City, as part of a reunion tour after the group got back together for the first time in 14 years earlier this year.

On the first night of the New York City shows, Farrell told a crowd at the Pier 17 space that he was not in great shape for the performances, with attendees saying there appeared to be bad blood between the bandmates.

Farrell told the crowd: ‘Ladies and gentlemen, I have to be honest with you. Something’s wrong with my voice. I just can’t get the notes out all of a sudden.’
Bassist Eric Avery took to Instagram after the show to speak to fans, saying he was ‘looking forward to getting another crack at this spectacular rooftop venue tonight. I’m optimistic we will be better.’

Lana Del Rey marries alligator tour guide Jeremy Dufrene in…see more

Lana Del Rey tied the knot!

The “Summertime Sadness” songstress has married Jeremy Dufrene after first being romantically linked to the alligator tour guide in late August.

Dufrene and Del Rey — born Elizabeth Woolridge Grant — exchanged vows during an intimate ceremony in front of their family and friends in Des Allemandes, La.

Del Ray was spotted walking down the aisle in a flowing white gown alongside her father Robert Grant to kick off the nuptials, according to photos obtained by the Daily Mail.

Dufrene wore a dark suit, vest and brown leather shoes for the outdoor ceremony.
The ceremony was held next to the Bayous des Allemends, where Dufrene operates his boat tours outside of New Orleans, the outlet added.

The “Young and Beautiful” hitmaker, 39, and Dufrene, who have allegedly known each other for many years (they appeared in a Facebook photo together in 2019), were first rumored to be dating after a TikTok video of them holding hands surfaced this summer.
At the time, Del Rey was performing at the Reading Festival in Reading, England when fans spotted the lovebirds hand-in-hand.

Amid the dating rumors, Del Rey seemingly denied that she was linked to Dufrene in the comments section of an Aug. 31 Instagram post.
Despite the recording artist’s firm denial in the comments, Del Rey and her man soon went official when they were photographed holding hands again in New York City on Sept. 7.

Dufrene and his love attended model Karen Elson’s wedding that weekend and didn’t hold back on the PDA.

Just one month after being linked to each other, Del Rey and Dufrene obtained a marriage license the week of Sept. 23, which the clerk at the Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court confirmed to Page Six on Sept. 26.
At the time, the clerk revealed that Del Rey and Dufrene had 30 days to use the marriage license before it expired.

TMZ was the first to report this news in late September.

This is not the first time that Del Rey planned a wedding, as she was previously engaged to fellow musician Evan Winiker, according to a report by Billboard from March 2023.

Despite the prior wedding bells, Del Rey confirmed that she was single during a Nov. 2023 interview with Harper’s Bazaar.

“I’m definitely not in love right now. No,” she said at the time. “Absolutely not in love. Have been, but no.”

In December 2020, Del Rey was also rumored to be engaged to Clayton Johnson.

Heather Locklear celebrates 63rd birthday at Thousand Oaks ice-cream shop - ahead of her acting comeback in…see more

Heather Locklear kicked off her 63rd birthday celebrations on Wednesday by indulging in a frozen treat at Little Calf Creamery & Cafe, which is located not far from her $2M Thousand Oaks home.

The Melrose Place alum – who was clutching two iPhones – was joined at the ice-cream shop by a woman she calls her ‘one of my favorite single BFFs’ as well as her beloved dog, Mister.

Heather – who appeared at That’s 4 Entertainment’s 90s Con on September 14-15 – positively beamed while sporting a black V-neck Adidas top, matching leggings, and Nike sneakers.

On October 4, Locklear will celebrate the 27th birthday of her daughter Ava Elizabeth Sambora, whose February 12th engagement to investment associate Tyler Farrar was the ‘second best day of my life.’

‘First was the day she was born,’ the six-time Golden Globe nominee gushed on Instagram. ‘Sweetest couple ever. Congratulations!’
Heather welcomed her only child during her 11-year marriage to Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora, which ended in 2007.

Ava achieved her Master of Science in marriage and family therapy at USC last year after earning her Bachelor’s of Arts in psychology at Loyola Marymount University in 2020.

Locklear is set to make her acting comeback as disgraced counselor Jodi Hildebrandt alongside Emilie Ullerup in Kevin Fair’s drama Mormon Mom Gone Wrong: The Ruby Franke Story, which premieres October 26 on Lifetime.

The 56-year-old former pageant princess and the 42-year-old 8 Passengers YouTube star shared a philosophy about strict parenting, which turned out to be horrifying abuse on Ruby’s malnourished eight-year-old and 12-year-old children.

Last year, Hildebrandt plead guilty to four counts of felony aggravated child abuse on December 27 and was sentenced to four terms of one to 15 years consecutively at the Utah State Correctional Facility.

The Dynasty alum hasn’t had an acting gig since portraying author Kristine Carlson in Ellen S. Pressman’s Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff: The Kristine Carlson Story, which aired on Lifetime in 2021.

Heather – who’s been in and out of rehab ’20 times’ – appears to be on the straight and narrow following her well-documented battle with substance abuse, mental health issues, and arrests for domestic violence and battery between 2006-2019.

In 2019, Locklear pleaded no contest to eight misdemeanor counts: five counts of battery on a peace officer, one count of battery on an emergency medical personnel, and two counts of resisting, obstructing or delaying a peace officer.
The SoCal native was ordered to complete a 30-day residential rehab stay in a mental health facility with a 120-day jail sentence suspended.

Things are getting ugly.

Cardi B seemingly reacted to her estranged husband, Offset, accusing her of cheating on him while she was pregnant.

Taking to social media on Wednesday night, the “WAP” singer, 31, wrote after his claims made headlines, “AND DID !!!!!!”

Cardi, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, then reasoned that she was “hurt” by her ex while they were still together.
A hurt Nikka will do the unthinkable,” she continued on X.

The mom of three later asked for God’s protection, writing, “Please God cover me from the evil I can’t see!!!”
The former “Love & Hip Hop: New York” alum then added, “When I’m ready to spill my tea there will be dates on when I started doing my purging !!!!!”

The “Drip” rapper is currently in Paris for the city’s Fashion Week, but she still took to her Instagram Stories to continue alluding to her ex’s claim.

At one point, Cardi showed her Instagram followers her crystal clear view of the Eiffel Tower and joked, “Waking up to this and no d–k is crazy!”
Cardi ended her social media coverage for the night by sharing a selfie video of her lip-syncing the lyrics to the song “LIKE” by Dthang and Bando.

“I get mad and I spin for no reason / She cheat, I cheat, we even, like / We pop Percs, start geekin’, like / You signed that deal, it look decent, like / Put one leg back, start geekin’, like / Put one leg back, start geekin’, like,” she mouthed in a selfie video on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Offset, 32, chimed in under a social media post covering the drama, commenting, “The fact u keep going shows you hurt leave alone don’t you got a n–a ain’t we divorced.”
Cardi –– who filed for divorce from the Migos rapper in July –– shared the messages after her ex accused her of sleeping with someone while she was pregnant with their child during one of her Instagram Lives.
U f–ked with a baby inside, tell the truth!!” he commented.

The exes have had a tumultuous relationship over the years with Cardi filing for divorce for the first time in 2020. She later called it off before filing for a second time on July 31.
At the time of Cardi’s second filing, rumors surfaced that he had cheated, but a source told Page Six that infidelity didn’t play a role in the split.

“They’ve grown apart. That’s what drove her to this decision more than anything else. This is something she wants to do,” the insider shared.

The “Bodak Yellow” rapper and the “Open It Up” rapper share three children: daughter Kulture, 6, son Wave, 3, and a newborn girl whose name has yet to be shared.
