Inside Blake Lively's biggest celebrity feuds, from Leighton Meester to Anna Kendrick

Blake Lively has a history of butting heads with her co-stars, it’s been revealed as the star made headlines over her rumored feud with It Ends With Us star Justin Baldoni.

Despite meeting husband Ryan Reynolds while filming Green Lantern, the actress, 36, has been the center of number of on-set clashes, from Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester to A Simple Favor’s Anna Kendrick.
In the wake of all the behind-the-scenes drama between her and Justin, 40, following the release of their latest movie, DailyMail.com rounded up all of Blake’s rumored fights.
Blake’s battles: Blake Lively has reportedly clashed with several former co-stars in the past
Like their beloved characters, Serena van der Woodsen and Blair Waldorf, Blake and Leighton Meester had a frosty relationship off-screen.

Despite playing best friends for for six seasons, between 2007 to 2012, the pair reportedly clashed over their different personalities and priorities, amid rumors the pair ‘avoided each other like the plague’ on set.

In 2017, the show’s executive producer, Joshua Safran, confirmed to Vanity Fair that the women, who don’t follow each other on social media, ‘were not friends.’

He told the outlet: ‘They were friendly, but they were not friends like Serena and Blair.’
He added: ‘Blake is very much in the moment. Blake knows what’s happening. You talk to Blake on a very contemporary level, and she would be like, “I’m doing this thing tonight. Have you been to this restaurant?”‘

In contrast, he described Leighton, 38, as ‘very removed and very quiet.’

After her scenes, the producer recalled how Leighton would ‘wander the stage.’

The drama was said to be so intense that, according to a 2008 article in New York Magazine, their co-stars felt like they had to ‘choose sides’ at the time.
Armie Hammer’s stint as Blake’s love interest, Gabriel Edwards, did not last long as he was fired after an alleged altercation while filming season two of Gossip Girl.

According to DeuxMoi, Armie, 37, called Blake ‘an insufferable b****’ during a dinner scene in front of ‘the whole’ cast, which led to him getting axed from the show.

In 2017 while appearing on Watch What Happens Live, Armie addressed his controversial departure from The CW’s hit drama, as he was asked who the ‘biggest diva’ on the show was.
He said: ‘Let me just say that was a tough show to film and I didn’t end up actually filming all the episodes I was supposed to because it was so tough.’

Host Andy Cohen, then pressed: ‘Oh really? So you were like, “Get me out of this?”‘

Armie replied: ‘It was also like ‘Get him out of here.’

After revealing Blake was his on-screen girlfriend on the show, Chelsea Handler speculated that it sounded ‘like she was the problem.’

He added: ‘No, no, that’s not what I’m saying,’ raising eyebrows with viewers.
From the start of filming their 2018 thriller, A Simple Favor, Blake and Anna were at the center of feud rumors.

According to In Touch, tension between the women was sparked from Anna making fun of Blake’s best friend, Taylor Swift.

Back in 2016, Anna told Net-A-Porter’s The Edit that she would ‘be terrible at being like Taylor Swift, the perfect Miss American version of interacting with fans and making sure they have a good experience.’

The actress noted that her fans know to expect her ‘dry and cynical’ sense of humor and how ‘snarky’ she is with people.

Anna insisted: ‘That’s just how I communicate.’

During their press tour for A Simple Favor, the tension between Blake and Anna was ‘obvious’ in interviews as they made sarcastic jokes and comments about each other.

The Celebrity Memoir Book Club podcast, run by New York City comedians, Claire Parker and Ashley Hamilton, claimed that the two women ‘were not speaking’ by the time shooting wrapped on their movie.

An insider who allegedly worked at the film’s studio said: ‘They HATED each other. The studio even had to have a talk with them about making it look like they liked each other on press tours because it was starting to get obvious.’

The source claimed that ‘Anna in particular was really competitive with Blake and was constantly asking to make sure she got more promotion than Blake and even made us PHOTOSHOP HER CLEAVAGE in The Simple Favor poster to be as big (or bigger) than Blake’s.’

Neither actress has ever commented on any animosity, but their co-star, Henry Golding, denied the rumors.

He insisted while appearing on Watch What Happens Live: ‘Definitely no friction that I noticed.’

Justin Baldoni

Speculation about behind-the-scenes drama between Blake and Justin Baldoni has almost overshadowed the release of their new film, It Ends With Us.

People reported the rift also includes the principal cast of the film and Colleen Hoover, the author of the book of which the film is based on.

The outlet reported on Monday that the core cast and Hoover ‘will have nothing to do with’ Justin.
A source told People on Monday: ‘All is not what it seems’ in regards to Justin, who also reportedly clashed with the film’s leading star Blake amid production of the motion picture.

A source told the outlet: ‘There is much more to this story. The principal cast and Colleen Hoover will have nothing to do with him.’

While the director had ‘creative differences’ with some of his collaborators on the motion picture, reports of tension while making the film had been ‘overblown,’ a source said.

The source added that Blake ‘wants to direct the next movie, sidelining him and securing the rights from Colleen.’

According to Page Six, he made an ‘extremely difficult’ environment for cast and crew, with, quoting multiple sources, noting that Blake was personally ‘uncomfortable’ amid filming.

A source told the outlet, ‘None of the cast enjoyed working with Justin – they certainly didn’t talk to him at the premiere.’
A source noted to the outlet that Blake and Justin watched the motion picture in ‘two separate theaters’ at the venue.
Another insider claimed to DailyMail.com that Baldoni behaved in a ‘chauvinistic’ and ‘borderline abusive’ manner during filming of the motion picture, and was ‘dismissive’ of suggestions made by Blake ‘during scenes depicting abuse.’

Separate sources told the outlet that Justin ‘would never intentionally make his cast feel unsupported.’

The source added that Justin ‘failed to consider Blake’s character’s perspective, instead focusing solely on what he believed was the abusive male viewpoint’ and that ‘his approach was very chauvinistic, creating a tense atmosphere on set.

‘Justin almost became the character in the sense that some women on set felt he was borderline abusive to them and that he was unprofessional and unapologetic.’

Earlier this week, reports surfaced that Blake felt ‘fat-shamed’ by him on set.

TMZ sources also revealed another alleged instance that bothered Blake on the set.

The pair were filming a kissing scene and sources claim Lively believed Justin ‘lingered’ longer than was necessary for the kiss.

DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Blake and Justin for comment.

The Matrix Star Keanu Reeves rejects record breaking $1 Billion Role offer with Robert De Niro, Prioritizes Peace Over Profit, citing De-Niro’s On set behavior as ‘Too Much’

Keanu Reeves shocked the film industry yesterday when he turned down a $1 billion movie role alongside Robert De Niro. Sources close to the actor revealed that Reeves was hesitant to work with De Niro due to his “woke” rants and shouting fits on set.

“Keanu values his peace and calm, and didn’t want to compromise that for any amount of money,” an insider explained. “He’s had experiences with difficult actors before, and didn’t want to repeat that with De Niro.”

The film, a highly anticipated action-thriller, was set to begin production next month. De Niro was reportedly “furious” when he heard the news, but Reeves remains unfazed.

“Keanu is a true professional and doesn’t let drama get in the way of his work,” the insider added. “He wishes the film all the best, but knows this decision is for the best.”

Reeves’ decision has sparked a heated debate in Hollywood, with some praising his commitment to his values and others criticizing his choice.

“Keanu is missing out on a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” a film critic argued. “De Niro is a legend, and working with him would have elevated Keanu’s career.”

However, others have expressed support for Reeves’ stance.

“Keanu’s prioritizing his well-being and that’s something to be admired,” a fan tweeted. “He’s a true role model for standing up for what he believes in.”

As the news continues to make waves in the film industry, one thing is certain – Keanu Reeves is a man of principle, and won’t compromise his values for any price.

Donald Trump says he will resume federal executions as president and go after cop killers and child rapists

Donald Trump says he will resume federal executions as president and go after cop killers and child rapists

Donald Trump says he will end the Justice Department moratorium on executions on his first day in office, and use the full force of the law to go after major drug dealers and cop killers.

The Trump campaign sees crime, in general, and Kamala Harris’s record as a prosecutor in California, in particular, as areas where they can inflict damage on her presidential bid.

And in an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Trump laid out more details of his crime-fighting agenda starting with whether he would reverse the Biden-Harris administration’s freeze on federal executions.

‘Of course I would. I would have executions on major drug dealers,’ he said when asked if it would be a day-one priority.

‘I would have, perhaps, the raping of a child, the killing of a police officer.
Trump’s administration restored the use of the federal death penalty in 2019. And 13 federal death row inmates were executed, before Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland announced a halt in July 2021.

Some 27 states have the death penalty on their books, although seven have also suspended executions.

Trump has brought up the theme of tougher penalties for a range of crimes on the campaign trail to portray himself as the candidate of law and order.

Last week he was at the border with Mexico where he highlighted the damage done by cartels and smugglers, and met with grieving mothers..

‘We have people coming into this country. I just left a number of them last week, as you saw. at the border, where their daughters were killed, their sons were killed’ he said.

‘Their sons were killed by thugs and migrants coming into our country, and they viciously … they were viciously and violently killed and stuffed into garbage cans.’
Drug dealers responsible for hundreds of deaths should also face the ultimate sanction, he said.

‘The average drug dealer kills 500 people during that person’s lifetime. I would have no problem with that. If you’re going to stop the drug epidemic, you’re going to have to have a death penalty,’ he added.

Trump has used rallies and speeches to attack his election opponent, who rose from the San Francisco district attorney’s office to become California attorney general, as soft on crime.

Last week, at a Michigan sheriff’s office, he called her a police ‘defunder’ and a pro-crime ‘Marxist prosecutor.’

‘We’re here today to talk about how we are going to stop the Kamala crime wave that is going on at levels that nobody’s ever seen before,’ he said last Tuesday.

‘She is, as you know, the most radical left person ever even thought of for a high office.’
For its part, the Harris campaign has shrugged off his attacks, painting the contest as a former prosecutor against a ’34-time convicted felon,’ in a reference to the New York hush money case in which Trump was found guilty on all counts.

And it accused him of lying ‘about crime, which skyrocketed on his watch, about policing, which he tried to defund, and about the January 6 insurrectionists who attacked police officers defending our Capitol at his behest.

‘Donald Trump can’t bring us together so he tries to drive us apart. The American people will reject his failed leadership and divisive agenda this November.’

Harris has enjoyed a bump in her poll and fundraising numbers since she became the Democratic nominee for president.

But Trump said he had won a string of key endorsements and felt his campaign had gone from strength to strength.
During the interview, in the gilded splendor living room of Mar-a-Lago—the club’s most lavish reception room—also slammed Harris for waiting so long to give an interview, and laid out his unease with Florida’s strict abortion law.

This issue is a tricky one for Trump as he tried to keep his evangelical supporters on board without alienating women voters.

He has tried to keep all sides happy by saying abortion is an issue for states to decide. But he will Florida, where he lives, is holding a referendum on expanding access to abortion from its newly enacted six-week limit. He said he had made up his mind on the issue.

‘Well, I do know, but I do want more than six weeks,’ he said. ‘I want more than six weeks.

‘I think six weeks is a mistake. And I’ll be expressing that soon, but I want more than six weeks.
And in Florida, we have a six-week program, and that’s what I believe that you’re voting on, and I think it should be more than six weeks.’
