Selena Gomez says she’s ‘never been loved this way’ amid Benny Blanco romance after revealing she can’t carry children

Everything comes naturally for Selena Gomez and her boyfriend, Benny Blanco!

The “Only Murders in the Building” actress revealed that she’s “never been loved” the way that she has in her relationship with the music producer.

“I’ve never been loved this way,” Gomez told Vanity Fair in an interview published Monday. “He’s just been a light. A complete light in my life. He’s my best friend. I love telling him everything.”

The 32-year-old Disney Channel alum also referenced Blanco’s May interview with Howard Stern in which he hinted at marriage with the pop star.

At the time, Stern expressed his hopes for the two to tie the knot, to which her boyfriend replied, “You and me both.”

“He can’t lie,” Gomez said to Vanity Fair. “After the interview, I was dying laughing. Like, ‘Anything else you wanted to put out there?’”
Gomez and Blanco fueled engagement rumors in August when she sported a ring on that finger.

Weeks earlier, she interestingly covered up her left ring finger with a pink heart emoji in a mirror selfie and then later followed a wedding planner on TikTok.

The two have been romantically linked since December 2023, however they worked on music together before that.

While Gomez has yet to publicly address the engagement speculation, she got candid with Vanity Fair about having a family in the future amid her ongoing health concerns.

The “Wizards of Waverly Place” alum has been open about her 2013 lupus diagnosis and 2017 kidney transplant, along with her struggles with mental health.

“I haven’t ever said this but I unfortunately can’t carry my own children,” she told the outlet.

“I have a lot of medical issues that would put my life and the baby’s in jeopardy. That was something I had to grieve for a while,” she continued.

But the Rare Beauty founder explained that surrogacy and adoption are “huge possibilities” for her to become a mother one day.

“It made me really thankful for the other outlets for people who are dying to be moms,” she said. “I’m one of those people. I’m excited for what that journey will look like, but it’ll look a little different.”

Caitlin Clark gives play-by-play a try as she announces her boyfriend's favorite….see more

Playoff-bound Caitlin Clark tried her hand at announcing a recent Major League Baseball game, as revealed by one of her Indiana Fever teammates.

Lexie Hull posted the silly clip of Clark doing play-by-play for the Milwaukee Brewers’ 2-1 win over the visiting Philadelphia Phillies on Wednesday night. That footage has since gone viral on TikTok.

‘And that ball is hit to the shortstop,’ a snickering Clark began in the bottom of the fourth inning. ‘Rojas throws over to first base and that’s not going to be enough. Infield single, William Contreras.’

She may have confused Phillies shortstop Trea Turner and centerfield Johan Rojas on that play.

Undeterred, Clark continued.
Bottom fourth,’ Clark said, her voice quivering slightly as Hull giggled in the background. ‘Score of 1-0 Phillies. This brings someone to the plate… Here comes the 0-1 pitch. Low, outside.’
Clark didn’t just stick to the game action. She commented on Phillies ace Aaron Nola wearing ‘sketchers,’ and later was quick to reveal a mistake.

‘And a swing and a miss, for the second strikeout of the inning,’ she said. ‘Nola gets out of it after the lead runner gets on.’

Slightly embarrassed, Clark turned to the camera and confessed: ‘Might have been the second batter. I’m not sure.’

Once again, Clark forged ahead, informing her audience that they were entering the ‘top of the fifth’ following a commercial break.

‘We’ll be back,’ she said, by which point her commentary had devolved into laughter.
As it turns out, Clark had been talking up her announcing skills to Hull, who had demanded to see them in person.

Clark happily obliged.
‘I told [Hull] that sometimes I’ll just commentate some games, so she said, ”Alright let’s do it right now,”’ Clark told reporters Saturday. ‘I didn’t really know she was recording until a little ways through. But it’s kind of fun.’

And why did she choose a Phillies-Brewers game?

‘I’ve been following the Phillies, so I kind of know some of their players and stuff,’ added Clark, whose boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, is a confirmed Philadelphia fan. ‘It was pretty funny. I messed up a few times.

‘That’s a hard gig,’ she continued. ‘Also, I was out of breath and exhausted. Shoutout to all the commentators out there. I did it for like two minutes and I needed a break. And in baseball, there’s a lot of dead time so you need to find random things to talk about. So I was talking about his shoes, talking about random stuff. A little different than basketball.’

Clark, admittedly, is not a diehard baseball fan.

In fact, she’s fond a few teams after growing up in Iowa, where the Chicago Cubs have a Triple-A affiliate, and recently visiting the New York Yankees dugout in the Bronx.

‘My boyfriend grew up a really big Phillies fan, so I kinda had to,’ Clark said. ‘I still like the Cubs, I like the Yankees. I’m not like a diehard any baseball team… I liked the Chiefs before the Chiefs were really good too, so I’m not a bandwagoner either.’

The Fever open their playoff run on Sunday at 3pm in Connecticut, where they will face the favorited Suns in Game 1 of their first-round series.
McCaffery, meanwhile, is preparing for his first season as an assistant men’s coach at Butler in Indianapolis.

Christopher Reeve's son Will Reeve, 32, reveals if he plans to….see more

While Will Reeve is the spitting image of his late actor father Christopher Reeve, he isn’t interested in becoming a Hollywood leading man.

Speaking to PEOPLE this week, Will said that he ‘likes’ working as a correspondent at ABC News and Good Morning America and that he just isn’t ‘any good’ at acting.

‘I like my job as correspondent at ABC News,’ Reeve, 32, revealed while on the red carpet at the New York premiere of the new documentary Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story.

‘I think I like, maybe, performing,’ the North Adams, Massachusetts native confessed.

‘But I don’t know if I’m any good at acting.’

Of course, the subject of Superman made its way into the conversation, and the new actor, David Corenswet, set to don the red cape for the upcoming Superman film set for a 2025 release.

‘I think they got a good one in David,’ Will shared of the studios’ decision to hire the Philadelphia native, whose resume includes The Politician (2019-2020) and Twisters (2024), for the iconic role.

Corenswet, 31, is now the third actor after Christopher Reeve to play the Man Of Steel on the big screen, following Brandon Routh and Henry Cavill.

Will makes a brief cameo appearance in the upcoming superhero flick but he and his siblings are heavily featured in the new Super/Man documentary.

The doc covers Christopher’s early days in New York City as an up-and-coming actor, with his best friend Robin Williams all the way through to his tragic accident while taking part in an equestrian competition in Culpepper, Virginia in 1995 and the aftermath.

The story then focuses on his paralysis due to the fall off his horse, the impact it had on his life with wife Dana Reeve, who he married three years before the accident.

Will’s mother then became his father’s primary caregiver in 1995, all the way through until his death in October 2004, all the while still serving as mom to their three children.

After his accident, he lobbied for spinal injury research, including human embryonic stem cell research, and for better insurance coverage for people with disabilities.
His advocacy work included leading the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation and co-founding the Reeve-Irvine Research Center.

All of Reeve’s children serve on the board of directors of the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation.
My mom was maybe the most special person ever to grace this earth,’ Will told PEOPLE, before adding, ‘She didn’t have to wake up every day and decide to take care of our family. It’s who she was.’

Tragically, his mother got diagnosed with lung cancer in August 2005, despite never smoking, 10 months after her husband passed away.

Ultimately, Dana died in March 2006 at the age of 44, which left Will and his siblings parentless within a 17 month period.

‘That’s when I realized I was completely alone,’ Will said while recalling his thoughts and emotions during such a dark time period.

Johnny Gaudreau's wife Meredith makes heartbreaking admission about NHL season starting after….see more

Johnny Gaudreau’s widow Meredith admits it’s been ‘really hard’ to watch the hockey season start up again just weeks after her husband’s tragic death.

Gaudreau, an NHL veteran who was poised to enter his third season with the Columbus Blue Jackets in 2024, and his younger brother Matthew were killed after being hit by an alleged drunk driver while out cycling in New Jersey last month.

And Meredith, who already had two children with Johnny and recently revealed she is pregnant with their third, has opened up on how hard it’s been watching NHL preseason games begin three weeks on from the fatal crash.

‘It’s been really hard watching hockey start up and seeing how different my life is now,’ she wrote in a heartbreaking post on Instagram.

The pair lost their lives the night before their sister Katie’s wedding, while both of their partners are currently expecting children.
My whole life was taking care of John and our kids. It’s all I ever wanted.’
Meredith and Johnny tied the knot back in September 2021, before welcoming their first child, daughter Noa, a year later, and son Johnny as recently as six months ago.

In a tearful tribute at his funeral this month, Gaudreau’s wife revealed she is currently nine weeks pregnant with their third baby following his tragic passing.

‘In less than three years of marriage, we have created a family of five,’ she said. ‘It doesn’t even sound possible, but I look at it as the ultimate blessing. How lucky am I to be the mother of John’s three babies, our last one being a blessing and so special despite these difficult circumstances.’

Meredith added that when she shared the news with her husband he was ‘beaming’ and ‘so excited.’

‘I was so nervous, because this was again, a total surprise, but his reaction was just immediately kissing me and hugging me,’ she said.
The soon-to-be mother-of-three was seen holding her daughter and son as she entered St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church for the funeral in Media, Pennsylvania.

Dozens of mourners packed into the church for the service, which took place less than two weeks after the fatal accident. A private viewing was held on Sunday.
The brothers’ widows gave emotional tributes to their husbands, recalling the close bond they shared as siblings and their dedication to family.

‘I still feel like the luckiest girl in the world to be his wife,’ Meredith said. ‘He was and still is my soulmate.’

Matthew’s wife Madeline, who is also pregnant with their first child, recalled how the brothers ‘were attached at the hip.’
