RHOSLC’ star Lisa Barlow loses $100k ring dancing at NYFW party

Published

Lisa Barlow’s debut at New York Fashion Week nearly cost her a pretty penny.

“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star is making her first appearance at NYFW, and ended up losing a $100,000 ring, we’re told.

Barlow attended designer Sergio Hudson’s fashion show on Saturday — and danced a little too hard at his afterparty at Hearsay.

The moves even caused her ring to fly off her finger!
A partygoer told Page Six that the reality star was dancing behind the party’s DJ booth when the ring “flew from her hand,” and she went to join Hudson in his VIP area.

“Having this be her first NYFW, it didn’t start with a sparkling start. She was certainly sad,” a source told Page Six.
“Lisa’s always cold, so her rings are [always] falling off!” the source added of the jewelry snafu.

The club, of course, “was so dark and pumping that it was impossible to find,” the source added. And doing a “deep dive search” for the ring was out of the question because the nightclub was jam-packed, we’re told.

Alas, Barlow had to head back to her hotel without her precious bauble.
This isn’t the first time one of Barlow’s pricey rings has slipped off her finger: She had to replace a sentimental $60,000 ring she misplaced at the airport during Season 4 of her Bravo show.)

Thankfully this time, “Sergio’s partner found it later in the evening — not far from his table — and got it. He returned it safely to her [on Monday] at the hotel. It was perfect!” the source related.
The case of Barlow’s missing ring is our favorite high-end lost and found tale since 2018 when we reported Paris Hilton lost a $2 million engagement ring on the dancefloor in Miami, Fla., because she was gyrating so wildly!

That ring was later found in an ice bucket at a neighboring table. But the engagement, to former fiancé Chris Zylka, did not last.

Donald Trump launches scathing attack on Oprah Winfrey after she came out in support of….see more

Donald Trump says Oprah Winfrey is no longer the person he knew in previous decades.

The iconic talk show host supports Kamala Harris’ 2024 candidacy for president and live streamed an event last week with the vice president.

Trump said the person he watched speak with Harris on Friday ‘isn’t the real Oprah.’

Winfrey’s event with Harris sought to ride the wave of support the VP has enjoyed since entering the race after President Joe Biden ended his reelection bid on July 21.

Other celebrities like Meryl Streep and Jennifer Lopez participated in the 90-minute event from Michigan, one of the seven battleground states key to winning in November’s election.

Trump participated in a few interviews with Winfrey over the years and noted that in his Truth Social post on Saturday where he went after the talk show host.

‘A long time ago, Oprah Winfrey asked me to do her last Network Television Show. The final week of her show was a big deal, and it was my honor, with my family, to do it,’ he wrote of the registered independent voters.

‘When I watched her interview yesterday with a woman who is destroying, through her complete and total incompetence, America, I couldn’t help but think this isn’t the real Oprah,’ he said, changing his tune with: ‘[T]his isn’t a person that wants millions of people, from prisons and mental institutions, and terrorists, drug dealers, and human traffickers, from all over the World, pouring into our Country.’

Ahead of Thursday’s United for America event, Winfrey said she was hoping to get Americans excited about voting this cycle.
Trump, however, claimed in his Truth Social ramblings that Harris is not ‘mentally fit’ to serve at the helm of the Oval Office.

‘Kamala looked really foolish, couldn’t answer the simplest of questions on Inflation, the Cost of Goods, or our very porous and dangerous Border – No leader there, and Oprah just wanted to crawl under a table!’ Trump continued.
Comrade Kamala Harris is mentally unfit to be President. She knows it, and so does everyone else!’

Married RFK Jr. bragged about ‘intimate’ photos he had of reporter Olivia Nuzzi amid sexting scandal

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. allegedly bragged about having “intimate” images of New York magazine reporter Olivia Nuzzi amid their sexting affair.

According to the Daily Beast, the 70-year-old politician told his close friends about the pictures the political correspondent sent him, which led to the scandal blowing up.

Nuzzi, 31, was reportedly confronted about the images by the magazine’s editor-in-chief, David Haskell, during a one-on-one meeting on Sept. 13.

Haskell explained he learned Kennedy had been talking about the photos and telling people he was in a romantic relationship with Nuzzi.

Initially, Nuzzi denied the allegations before reportedly confessing to the images.

She was suspended from her position and an outside investigation regarding the journalist’s ethics is ongoing, per the outlet.

Reps for Nuzzi and Kennedy weren’t immediately available for comment.
On Thursday, New York magazine released a statement about Nuzzi’s suspension, though they didn’t mention the nephew of former President John F. Kennedy by name.

“Recently our Washington Correspondent Olivia Nuzzi acknowledged to the magazine’s editors that she had engaged in a personal relationship with a former subject relevant to the 2024 campaign while she was reporting on the campaign, a violation of the magazine’s standards around conflicts of interest and disclosures,” the outlet wrote via their website.

“Had the magazine been aware of this relationship, she would not have continued to cover the presidential campaign,” they continued, adding there were “no inaccuracies nor evidence of bias” in Nuzzi’s past articles.
The magazine explained Nuzzi was on leave and apologized for the “violation” of readers.

Nuzzi also spoke out about the alleged affair in a statement on Thursday, avoiding RFK Jr.’s name.
The nature of some communications between myself and a former reporting subject turned personal,” she wrote, adding their relationship wasn’t physical.
Insiders told The New York Post that Nuzzi and the environmental lawyer inappropriately texted while he was married to Hines and while the reporter was engaged to journalist Ryan Lizza, per The Post. (Lizza said he and Nuzzi called off their engagement following news of the affair.)

In November 2023, Nuzzi published a profile about Kennedy Jr. after visiting his Brentwood, Calif., estate and hiking together in the Santa Monica Mountains.

Sources told Status that their alleged texting affair occurred shortly after.
Mr. Kennedy only met Olivia Nuzzi once in his life for an interview she requested, which yielded a hit piece,” a spokesperson for Kennedy Jr. told the Post.

Following the bombshell news, the anti-vaccine activist’s wife was spotted sans her wedding ring while in Italy for Milan Fashion Week on Friday.

Kennedy Jr. and Hines, 59, wed in 2014 following his infamous affairs during his past marriages to Emily Ruth Black and Mary Richardson.

Caitlin Clark gives play-by-play a try as she announces her boyfriend's favorite….see more

Playoff-bound Caitlin Clark tried her hand at announcing a recent Major League Baseball game, as revealed by one of her Indiana Fever teammates.

Lexie Hull posted the silly clip of Clark doing play-by-play for the Milwaukee Brewers’ 2-1 win over the visiting Philadelphia Phillies on Wednesday night. That footage has since gone viral on TikTok.

‘And that ball is hit to the shortstop,’ a snickering Clark began in the bottom of the fourth inning. ‘Rojas throws over to first base and that’s not going to be enough. Infield single, William Contreras.’

She may have confused Phillies shortstop Trea Turner and centerfield Johan Rojas on that play.

Undeterred, Clark continued.
Bottom fourth,’ Clark said, her voice quivering slightly as Hull giggled in the background. ‘Score of 1-0 Phillies. This brings someone to the plate… Here comes the 0-1 pitch. Low, outside.’
Clark didn’t just stick to the game action. She commented on Phillies ace Aaron Nola wearing ‘sketchers,’ and later was quick to reveal a mistake.

‘And a swing and a miss, for the second strikeout of the inning,’ she said. ‘Nola gets out of it after the lead runner gets on.’

Slightly embarrassed, Clark turned to the camera and confessed: ‘Might have been the second batter. I’m not sure.’

Once again, Clark forged ahead, informing her audience that they were entering the ‘top of the fifth’ following a commercial break.

‘We’ll be back,’ she said, by which point her commentary had devolved into laughter.
As it turns out, Clark had been talking up her announcing skills to Hull, who had demanded to see them in person.

Clark happily obliged.
‘I told [Hull] that sometimes I’ll just commentate some games, so she said, ”Alright let’s do it right now,”’ Clark told reporters Saturday. ‘I didn’t really know she was recording until a little ways through. But it’s kind of fun.’

And why did she choose a Phillies-Brewers game?

‘I’ve been following the Phillies, so I kind of know some of their players and stuff,’ added Clark, whose boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, is a confirmed Philadelphia fan. ‘It was pretty funny. I messed up a few times.

‘That’s a hard gig,’ she continued. ‘Also, I was out of breath and exhausted. Shoutout to all the commentators out there. I did it for like two minutes and I needed a break. And in baseball, there’s a lot of dead time so you need to find random things to talk about. So I was talking about his shoes, talking about random stuff. A little different than basketball.’

Clark, admittedly, is not a diehard baseball fan.

In fact, she’s fond a few teams after growing up in Iowa, where the Chicago Cubs have a Triple-A affiliate, and recently visiting the New York Yankees dugout in the Bronx.

‘My boyfriend grew up a really big Phillies fan, so I kinda had to,’ Clark said. ‘I still like the Cubs, I like the Yankees. I’m not like a diehard any baseball team… I liked the Chiefs before the Chiefs were really good too, so I’m not a bandwagoner either.’

The Fever open their playoff run on Sunday at 3pm in Connecticut, where they will face the favorited Suns in Game 1 of their first-round series.
McCaffery, meanwhile, is preparing for his first season as an assistant men’s coach at Butler in Indianapolis.
